Why this exists. A journal is an honest record that can't be distorted by memory or emotion. Every field here mirrors the minimum-viable journal entry from Section 9.3 — The Trading Journal. The most useful number on this page is usually the On-Plan vs. Off-Plan comparison — most traders find their on-plan trades are profitable and their off-plan trades bleed money.
